In exercise of the powers conferred by sections 381, 382, 387, 398,
and 406 read with section 565 of the Kerala Municipality Act, 1994 (20 of 1994) and in super
session of the Kerala Building Rules, 1984 issued in G.O. (Ms.) No. 127/84/LA & SW dated 14th
May 1984 and published as S.R.O. No. 486/84 in Kerala Gazette Extraordinary No. 403 dated 15th
May 1984, the Government of Kerala hereby make the following rules, namely

കെട്ടിടനിര്മ്മാണത്തിന് അനുമതി നല്കുന്നതിനു വേണ്ടി ഇന്ഫര്മേഷന് കേരള മിഷന് വികസിപ്പിച്ച സങ്കേതം‘ സോഫ്റ്റ്വെയര് എല്ലാ തദ്ദേശസ്വയംഭരണ സ്ഥാപനങ്ങളിലും വിന്യസിച്ച് നടപ്പിലാക്കണമെന്ന് നിര്ദ്ദേശം.

The Cost index is now revised with effect from 01-08-2015 . So proudly announcing the new version of DSR Analizer Ver. 12 .In this new version the datas are based on the new cost Index and more observed datas are included with some corrections along with the observed data approved by the Chief Engineers of PWD, LSGD and Irrigation .You can easily prepare the Observed data at any places based on the revised cost Index.Now the specification part of the DSR is in editable mode and so you can copy and paste the same for estimation purpose
Now Government have directed to implement the Public works using CPWD data and specification in all the Government departments. Accordingly The cost index and rates are revised from 01-01-2015. In these circumstances I am introducing a simple but powerful Excel tool namely DSR ANALYSER for preparing the Delhi Schedule of rates of various items of work based on the Cost index at different places in Kerala. All the DSR items are included in Excel format with 1% water charges and 15% CPOH charges .
In this new version Observed data approved by the Chief Engineers of PWD, LSGD and Irrigation is included so that you can easily prepare the Observed data at any places based on the cost Index.
While opening the file you can see eight sheets namely Home, Facing sheet ,Index, Basic Rates, DSR ,Observed Datas-Bldg. ,Observed Datas- Roads,and Quick reference a. In Home sheet You will get a clear idea about this programme . The second sheet is Facing sheet of DSR . The third sheet is Index and you can find out the DSR Rates by clicking on the concerned item. The fourth sheet contains the Basic rates of materials, Labours, Carriage and Market rates. Here you should enter the market rates for obtaining the Observed data. Rates with CPOH and without CPOH are included. You just enter the ID code of the place that you want to see the DSR 2014. ID Codes are given in the sheet itself. for example the ID code of Kollam is 4. The next sheet is Observed Datas for Buildings and Roads and here some observed datas prepared based on DSR 2014 and Market rates . In the next sheet a quick reference guide is included to identify the proper item of work. Take a printout for reference .CLICK HERE
